What happens after you subscribe to Missed Call Text Back?

First I will send a SMS link to my onboarding Zoom Meeting. You will also receive a SMS link to download our free mobile App.

Next I will send out an e-mail and SMS text with our desktop app log-in, with your user name and password.

Then we will link your Facebook business page, Google Business Profile, and any Social Media accounts.

If you already have a website, we will walk through how to add the webchat widget.

Finally we will get you on-boarded with your Stripe Account.

Missed Call Text back Feature:

We will need to purchase a local phone number through our provider, for an area code near your business. (not always close by)


The new number allows for our software to start automations like adding a lead to your new pipeline, and for it to send SMS texts to capture the lead in the first 2 minutes MCTB.

This new number will only be used on your social media, Google Business Profile, and Website.

As most businesses have already spent lots of marketing money on business cards, vehicle wraps, billboards, and signs, it makes no cents to change them.

This new number can then be forwarded to your regular business number, and or personal cell phone.

This new number will work with our free phone app, it can record phone calls, send SMS, and it allows our software to track contacts.

After your new number is set-up, we will need to get your business A2P 10 DLC Verified before texting any customers.

This is the longest process, which may take a day or up to 4 weeks for approval.

After approval, there is a mandatory warm up period over a month. Sending mass texts the first week will get your verification suspended.

*All new SMS texts will have to be from your own intake forms, lead capture forms, and have a check box so the leads understand you are going to use their data to contact them. The leads need to have consented within a 1 year time frame.

This new regulation is to cut out cold SMS outreach to scrapped / purchased lists.

While we wait for A2P Verification, we will import your existing customer list (via a CSV file) into our software's CRM.

This will allow us to start organizing them, tracking their purchases, checking their messages with our business, and sending out coupons to them.

You can keep your website hosted where it is, or for the ease of working on the website and building lead capture forms, you can import it into our application.

Websites are critical to long term business growth, as potential customers use them to verify the business before making purchases.

Don't have a website? We have over 200 pre-built templates to choose from. Change the word copy, change the images, then add your contact details, and business logo.

We can add a Webchat Chatbot to your website. This allows a computer user or smart phone user to enter their name and number into a form (lead capture), and ask the bot questions about your business, or to ask to message your business directly (messages come to our free app).

The bot will be basic, require some backend training, like adding frequently asked questions with corresponding answers.

*webchat chatbot may be in a higher subscription price tier.

Down the road, there will even be a option for Conversational AI ass-on service.

It would allow a lead to ask questions and get fast responses without having a employee behind your computer to answer their questions.

** Additional charges apply per response on the AI. This AI is going to be in the top subscription price tier.

Set-up times will very depending on the subscription pricing tier you choose, and the amount of items linking to your app. Set aside at least an hour of time.
